Activity Timer keeps track of the time you spend at the computer on projects or activities. It keeps track of all the times when you utter the mouse or keyboard. You can also place it to automatically change project when you utter particular windows.

You can also play or shows screen alarms as a reminder to stop work after a preset period of time.

You can also place it to play or show reminders to look away from the screen after a some seconds from time to time as advised by taste doctors - this can mitigate that tiredness of the eyes that can upshot from long periods of staring at a computer monitor.

When minimized you can notice the time so decidedly by hovering the mouse through its icon. You can also change the project or place it to working or not working with a fast right click on the icon.
