Xml2PDF Hotfolder is a server application seeking automated convertion of XSL-FO, SVG, XHTML and WordML files to PDF. It is based on Altsoft Xml2PDF .NET API formatting engine and brings its power into multithreaded server-side solutions.

This software uses the commonplace strategy named scorching or tend folders. It looks in decided folders called "scorching folders" seeking XSL-FO, SVG, XHTML or XML files. When Xml2PDF Hotfolder finds a dossier in solitary of these scorching folders, it converts the dossier into PDF and moves the resulting PDF report (and, optionally, the source XML dossier or an associated log dossier) to the output folder.

There are no restrictions on the number of "scorching folders". All folders are configured personally and may use dissimilar formatter configurations, part XSL transformations, tread priorities and other settings.
