Break Reminder is designed to preclude and second convalscence of OOS / RSI. Runs in the background monitoring computer exercise, giving appropriate interrupt and / or shatter reminders. Highly buyer configurable. Settings customizable to adjust each particular buyer, including advance warnings, protection black-out, sounds, ignoring or enforcing pauses and / or breaks, inconstant timings and operational modes, auto run etc. Optional micropause reminders after buyer preset times. Optional Rest Breaks to buyer preset times, after buyer preset number of Micropauses. Detection of buyer input to automatically modify times depending on exercise. A log file representing each buyer to register most events, including ignored pauses and breaks. System Tray icon right-click menu to access necessary functions and prominence. Options to ignore or enforce breaks. Sounds to indicate when breaks start and finish. Options representing Micropauses lone, Rest Breaks lone, or both. Optional password shield.
